Where did you get those red peeptoe heels you wore with the striped shirt and blazer?
ReplyDeleteI got them at Target several years ago. If you go to the post, I have a link to a similar pair. Thanks!
DeleteYou inspire me to be more self confident. I wish I had girlfriends like you in my life! I'm 43, have dealt with some medical issues that have caused me to battle my weight over the years. I'm 5'1 and now in the 170's trying to find acceptance because no matter what I try, how hard I workout, my weight won't budge. I love Fashion so style isn't my issue but society and lack of self acceptance has played a nasty mind game with me. Thank you for your blog and again for being you!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for your kind words! I'm a true believer that fashion has no size. It can be hard to not play mind games with ourselves - we have to train our minds to ignore society's BS and be happy with ourselves! :-)
DeleteI love your blog and your positive body image. It's so inspiring to me and just wanted to say thank you and please keep posting. You have great personal style and are beautiful - inside and out!
ReplyDelete"Petite"? I think you mean short. I came looking for the pert young essayist who so confidently, and so mistakenly, situates the 'Rape of the Lock' in the 17th century. It's no surprise that she's also fat.
