Oh I love the brocade pants, they look really great. I really need to get a tailor because I've tried similar pants before but I don't like the way they look so i never get them. But these pants are so special with the brocade and the tailoring looks great. I really like how you styled it with the velvet blazer and the how you tied your scarf! :)

Thanks Nina! I really didn't think these would work until I had them pinned, so it's worth a shot if you find a pair you really like. If they don't look better pinned, you can always return them without any loss.
ReplyDeleteThanks Jodi! The shoes are actually patent leather, but they have a cool ombre color effect where they go from true red to a deep burgundy.
ReplyDeleteThanks Nina! I love the color combination too. I actually wore sweatpants for NYE this year!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much Nina!! Happy New Year!!
ReplyDeleteJeans can very easily be dressed up or down. And you can wear them to do just about anything. That certainly cannot be said about skirts, dresses, or most dress pants. I am a very practical person, so jeans make perfect sense to me for many occassions. I would definitely wear jeans to a New Year's celebration that didn't warrant something more formal.
ReplyDeleteI can see that. I feel that way about black skinny pants - those are my go-to for just about every occasion!
