Black and Neon Pops

I hope all you mothers all enjoyed your day and that it was filled with lots of relaxation and love!
Skirt:  eShakti
Jacket:  Target
Today, I slept in, then had a nice lunch with my grandma, mom, and a couple of the kids.  I vegged around for a while and did some blogging, and later, the man, kids, and I all went out for a dinner of salads followed by slushies.  All in all, it was a nice day!
Camisole:  Jennifer Lopez for Kohl's
Heels:  Target
Necklace:  The Limited
Bangle:  Prabal Gurung for Target
Today, I'm including my daughter Savanna on the blog.  She wanted to wear her new dress, so for today's look, I chose something that would complement her outfit.

I chose a black pencil skirt and moto jacket and added neon green and pink touches. My outfit is more of a going-out look as the top is too low cut for work and the neon colors might be a little loud for more conservative workplaces.

Savanna's outfit:  Kohl's
Savanna is the younger of my two biological child.  She is finishing up her kindergarten year.  She loves playing on her scooter and watching Buffy DVDs with me.  She is a super cuddly, huggable kiddo but equally silly.  She loves performing, and you will usually find her dancing, singing, or posing.  She is an awesome six year old, funny and smart and all kinds of sassy!!  :-D

It was her idea to make some silly faces!

Funny Faces!
Ain't no lovin' like some Savanna lovin'!!  :-)
Again, Happy Mother's Day to all the moms out there!!

  4. Your beauty is as bright as the various neon elements to your outfit. The jacket and skirt are very charming. Your daughter here wears a lovely dress and some cute, colorful sandals. Cool silly face pictures as well.

  7. Thanks Nina!!! She loves dresses and is more "girly" than me, but she gets very excited about clothes, in general! I think I've rubbed off! hehe
