Today, I'm featuring a new outfit - this on-trend crop top and tea-length skirt from eShakti that somehow manages to look both retro and modern.

Tea-length skirts were a big trend on spring runways. I wasn't sure if this length would work on my 4'9" frame, but I decided to give it a try.
I think the A-line fit of this skirt works really well in this length, and I'm really happy with the comfortable, easy fit. I think the skirt can easily be styled for work or for more casual situations, so I'm looking forward to playing around with it.
Heels: Target |
For today's look, I added some bold earrings and fun bracelets and rings for an evening edge.
Bracelets and Rings: all The Limited |

Would you rock a tea-length skirt and crop top?
P.S. eShakti was kind enough to provide an exclusive promo code for you, my dear readers! Use code 'stylecases' to save 10% off your order. This code can be combined with most other codes and offers to save even more, and it can be re-used as often as you want now through 6/20/14.
Nicely-styled cropped top and skirt outfit along with those electric neon pink pumps. Andrea here is a cutie. Pretty pink polka dot dress on her along with the cute polka dot ribbon. I adore the silliness of you two here as well. Cool post! :)

Thanks Fuzzy Fabric!!
ReplyDeleteThanks John! :-)
ReplyDeleteOh I was actually looking at this on the website when they offered to send me something free to review but I was unsure about tea length dress. I myself am only 5'2 so im petite too and not used to long lengths on me. But I think you pull it off well. Oh and the top I've read a few reviews of similar outfits from eShakti with people having the same problem with the tops, so i don't think it's just you. Oh and your pictures with your daughter are adorable! :)

Yeah, I originally ordered this as my sample for review, but then it was soooo short. I decided to order it again on my own, and actually, I have to say that the skirt fit better the first time around, but the shirt is much better this time. Tea-length is kind of new for me - I'm trying to branch out. :-)
