Kimono for Date Night

Today on the blog, I'm having fun styling a floral kimono for a dressy date night.

Kimono:  Torrid (Similar here)

Dress:  The Limited (old)

When I think about styling a kimono, I tend to think of wearing it with denim shorts for a casual look or with skinny pants and a tank for a more streamlined effect.

Shoes:  Simply Vera by Vera Wang for Kohl's (Available here)

Belt:  The Limited (came with a jumpsuit)

Bracelets:  LOFT

But, I love the idea of pairing it over a dress for an evening feel.

Clutch:  Torrid (Available here)

Paired with my favorite LBD and lace-up heels, the overall effect is sexy but relaxed - two great things to feel!
