Happy Hump Day everyone!!!
Hope your week has been spectacular so far!
Today, I broke one of my work style rules and styled a maxi skirt for work. I've always saved maxi skirts and dresses for casual work days and weekends, but I've been dying to wear my new red maxi.
I paired a striped tank and classic suit jacket to give the skirt a more streamlined and professional feel.
A gold belt and gold jewelry complete the look.
I also got my hair cut, and I'm loving the lightweight ease of my new 'do! :-)
I'll be mixing old pics in with new, so expect to see some various hair lengths over the next couple of weeks. LOL
Do you wear maxi skirts or dresses to work? If so, what is your work dress code?

Your hair looks great! But yeah I think the maxi looks great and work appropriate with the blazer, I think the blazer helps make it more professional. I'm a caregiver so I don't dress up for work but I would love to dress up for work. :)

What a great outfit! And your haircut looks great! I got 5 inches off about 6 weeks ago and I *love it*.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much, John!
ReplyDeleteThanks Nina! I definitely think the blazer elevates the look.
ReplyDeleteThank you! I'm planning some more layers soon, but it feels like a load off!
